Automation and monitoring of technological processes of the mining and metallurgical complex

About the direction

  The purpose and objectives are to create new technologies in the development of automation and monitoring of technological processes of the mining and metallurgical complex and other industries, which include:

  • creation of systems for pre- and post-emergency control of electrical equipment and technological environment for hazardous industries;
  • provision of software and hardware automation of technological lines;
  • creation of automatic systems for the transmission of technological information through power supply networks;
  • development, manufacture and implementation of original software and hardware for local automation and electrical engineering based on micro-controllers.

      Direction equipment:
      The research software and hardware complex for systems of pre- and post-emergency control of the technological environment and electrical equipment of explosion-proof productions includes sensors of various physical quantities necessary for creating an autonomous system of pre- and post-emergency control, creating a computer system for monitoring the state of the mine atmosphere and creating protective equipment, given that they are the main sources of information about the processes in the controlled space.
       Cooperation:

  •  Karatek LLP;
  • BATYR LLP;
  • Woelke Industrieelektronik GmbH (g. Essen, Germany).
